Colour printers - Comparative summary of specifications and prices

All of our colour laser printers come with a one month satisfaction guarantee (purchase price refunded) and 3 months / 15,000 pages return-to-base warranty. The warranty is conditional on the relevant Tax Invoices being paid within 21 days of invoice date. The price includes partly-used toner cartridges. The price of each printer loaded with new, genuine, high yield toner cartridges is detailed in the specifications for that model. Most new colour laser printers come with only low yield cartridges that are soon exhausted. You will often pay more for a set of high yield toner cartridges than you paid for the new printer. The prices of new, genuine toner cartridges ordered separately are given elsewhere on this web site.
We usually have adequate stocks of all laser printers advertised here: our warehouse usually contains between 800 and 1,000 laser printers and accessories. However, all of our printers are serviced and refurbished prior to shipping and this may lead to delays in shipping, depending on our backlog of orders. We have added additional memory (64 to 256mb) to the standard specifications of most models.
We recommend purchasing more additional memory if you intend to print full page photographs, posters or other large graphics files such as PDF's. We recommend purchasing an internal hard disk to enable Raster Imaging Process (RIP) ONCE technology for the efficient printing of multiple original copies (mopies). We also recommend purchasing a network version as colour print files are much larger than monochrome files - an internal 10/100 Ethernet print server is 300 times faster than a parallel port.
The following delivery costs are for metropolitan areas and do not include additional input drawers and externally mounted duplexers. Non-metropolitan areas may be more expensive, depending on the region:
